Ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66) has been studied in multiple randomized, placebo-controlled trials. Research published in the Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine found it supported healthy cortisol levels and stress resilience in adults under chronic stress.

Vitex agnus-castus (chasteberry) is one of the most extensively studied botanicals for premenstrual symptoms. A meta-analysis reviewing 17 randomized controlled trials found consistent evidence of its benefit for cyclical PMS symptoms, including mood changes and physical discomfort.

Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries as a women's health tonic. Recent double-blind, placebo-controlled studies have found standardized shatavari root extract to be safe, well-tolerated, and effective for supporting women through hormonal transitions.

Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) has been evaluated in multiple randomized controlled trials for menstrual discomfort. A systematic review and meta-analysis found ginger to be significantly more effective than placebo for period-related pain, with an effect comparable to conventional anti-inflammatory options.

I grew up surrounded by plant-based and Ayurvedic medicine, and I have seen firsthand how thoughtful, traditional formulation could do what mass-market pills can't. So I set out to build something better. After many months of research into traditional botanicals and women's health, I partnered with formulators to create what I wish had existed all along: a system that works with your cycle's natural rhythm, delivering targeted plant-based support for each of its phases.
